Our "sport shield". Many riders have requested a shorter shield for the warmer climates. We have two different contours for this shield. One shield has a concave arch at the top of the windshield, and the other has a convex arch at the top of the windshield. Available in clear, light gray, light green, dark gray, bronze and ice blue in .187 thickness. Windshields are manufactured from aircraft grade acrylic, except our Ice Blue tint made from general grade acrylic.

This windshield has one of the best coverage areas of any aftermarket shield. The windshields are manufactured from aircraft grade acrylic, are D.O.T. approved and are .187 in thickness. The shield follows the contour characteristics of the OEM Yamaha windshield, but greatly enhances the total area for great rider and passenger comfort. Touring riders will especially appreciate the size and air deflection of the shield.

Our new FJR reverse contour windshield has great wind and noise protection for the rider and passenger. The reverse contour or "flip" windshield channels the air higher and towards the upper left and right apex corners of the windshield, which significantly reduces the noise/turbulance signature that is associated with a stock shield.

Yamaha FJR 1300 Top Flip 03'-05' Windshield

This windshield is available from 3" to 5" taller than the stock Yamaha windshield, and up to 3" wider than the stock windshield. This windshield has a convex style "flip" at the top of the shield to deflect air upward. This flip starts approx. 3 1/2" from the top of windshield on a 4" over stock height windshield.
